  • Review and analyze existing Benefit Program, with attention to benefits, procedures and cost, and recommend to the client any changes which appear necessary, desirable, or prudent to maximize the operations of the program.

  • Assist Client in creating a Benefit Plan Design appropriate to the needs and goals of their business.

  • Assist Client with market analysis and the selection of the proper employee benefits program.  This includes, but is not limited to:  Insurance carriers, network provider organizations, plan administrators, HSA / HRA administrators, Cobra / Section 125 administrators, etc.

  • Assist Client, as requested, with the education and communication of the benefit programs to all participants.  This includes employee communication meetings, enrollment meetings, and benefit summaries.

  • Provide personalized customer service for Clients and their plan participants.  Representatives are available to answer benefit questions and to assist in resolving any benefit problems.

  • Periodically review and analyze the benefit program (cost vs. benefits) to insure that it continues to provide maximum benefits in the most efficient manner.  We provide a complete plan review of renewal rates vs. new plans, benefits, and provider networks.

  • Advise Client, administrator, accountant and legal counsel regarding compliance with ERISA regulation and other relevant legislation.

  • Cooperate with Client, administrator, accountant and legal counsel in the preparation of all reports and other documents required by governmental agencies.
